Job Summary
Support a gentleman in his 30s with a personality disorder as he transitions into a community setting. Provide 2:2:1 support at all times using physical interventions safely and professionally. This role requires compassion, resilience, warmth and a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities
* Provide consistent, person‑centred support to an individual with complex needs.

Shift Pattern
* Day shifts: 8:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–10:00 pm.
* Full flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is essential.
Requirements
* Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role.
* Background in mental health, complex needs or behavioural support.
* Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy, professionalism and a positive attitude.
* Strong teamwork skills and genuine passion for helping others thrive.
* Good sense of humour and ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships.
* Experience with physical interventions and supporting people with a personality disorder.
