Our client, a leading supplier of SaaS solutions to the UK Utilities industry is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, making outbound verification calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry and query resolution.
Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound calls/emails from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
2. Outbound calls to customers to verify the information held on our systems.
3. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
4. Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry.
6. Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure satisfaction.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
8. Minimum 12 months previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
9. Strong communication skills in English
10. Ability to analyse customer needs effectively and provide suitable solutions.
11. Excellent phone etiquette at all times and interpersonal skills.
12. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
13. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
