Office Admin/H&S Advisor
Job Location: South Down
Our well established client based in South Down are currently on the lookout for an Office Admin/Health & Safety Advisor who has a good knowledge and experience within data entry, completing contracts for stock within the company, aspiring to progress in health and safety sector.
This is a great opportunity to join the companies growing team and further develop your knowledge and skills within the talent officer process and provide your knowledge and experience on a daily basis.
Duties Include:
* Responsible for updating all information as needed.
* Ensure company is Health & Safety Compliant, and records are accurately maintained.
* Attending recruitment fairs and events when required.
* Handling telephone calls and customer enquiries when needed.
* You will support all office staff with any administration enquiries they may have.
* Provide PA and administrative support.
* Printing, scanning, shredding and other standard administrative duties.
* Implementing new procedures and policies for the office.
* ADHOC administration support as required.
Essential Criteria:
* 1-2 years’ experience within Administrator Role/Data Entry Role.
* Experience within manufacturing Environment advantageous.
* Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication.
* Attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
