Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring
projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Manage and train engineering staff, providing guidance and support to enhance
their performance.
* Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to
maximise efficiency.
* Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure engineering
outputs meet industry standards.
* Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and other
departments to align project objectives.
* Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional
growth.
* Evaluate and recommend new technologies or engineering
methods to improve operations.
* Lead investigations into technical failures and devise corrective
actions.
* Maintain accurate records of project progress and staff performance.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
