We are expanding our brand presence and seeking a high‑performing Sales Account & Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across the UK and international markets.
The Role
As a Sales Account & Business Development Manager, you will:
Build, manage and grow long‑term relationships with key accounts and clients in apparel, footwear and leather goods.
Identify new market opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
Act as both Business Development Manager and Sales Account Manager: generating leads, managing pipelines, closing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration (marketing, product, operations) to deliver excellent client servicing and product execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to inform strategy and product development.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track‑record in sales account management or business development, ideally within fashion, textile or retail sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders and key buyers.
Commercially minded with ability to analyse sales data, achieve targets and drive growth.
Self‑motivated, organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced environment; ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities.
