A non-for-profit organisation based near Peterborough who offer an empowering and collaborative environment with strong long-term development opportunities. This role is available on a hybrid working basis with the need to be in the office just 1-2 days per week.
Your new roleAs Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in their strategic procurement operations. You will lead procurement activities across a range of high-profile indirect categories including HR, Legal, Marketing, Professional Services and FM. You will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage end-to-end tender processes, and ensurepliance with public procurement regulations. Working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels, you will build consensus and buy-in. You will also maintain contract lifecycle visibility and ensure a pro-active approach to renewals.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Proven experience managingplex procurement projects across Indirect categories
2. Expertise in category management and excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills
3. Analytical mindset and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
4. A proactive approach to decision-making and contract lifecycle management
5. PA23 trained is preferred but not essential.
