Full-Time Equivalent Salary: Approx. £30,000 – £34,000 per year (based on 37.5 hours/week)

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated care for a child living with their family in Battle. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a vibrant young girl who requires complex clinical support.
Client Profile
* Age: Child
* Medical Condition: Diagnosed with apnea (uses overnight CPAP)
* Clinical Needs:
o CPAP/BiPAP
o PEG/JEJ feeding
o Medication administration
o Oral suctioning
o Moving & handling
o Personal care
* Interests: Family time and pets
* Preferences: Compassionate, confident, and clinically experienced professionals who can support a loving family environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to ensure the client’s complex health needs are managed effectively.
* Promote a fulfilled and happy life for the client.
* Work collaboratively with the family and healthcare team.
Requirements
* Experience: Pediatric and complex care experience essential.
* Driver: Yes, with a clean driving licence.
* Checks: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS and three years of referencing.
