Learning Support Assistant – Bradford (BD)
£90–£105 per day

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant SEN school in Bradford (BD area) supporting pupils with complex learning needs, SEMH, and autism.
Role Overview:
* Provide support across classrooms, ensuring pupils are fully engaged in learning.
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
* Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and communication development.
* Assist with personal care and mobility for pupils with physical or medical needs.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in SEN, care, or support work.
* Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Moving & Handling training preferred.
* A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.
