Key Responsibilities;This is a high impact, project-focused role working directly with the People Director to deliver major transformation across multiple sites. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys variety, and wants accelerated development. You will lead key people-related changes linked to OD, reward, integration, performance and workforce planning, offering valuable exposure that would suit perfectly for an aspiring future HRD.Ideal candidate;
* Strong HR generalist background with transformation or OD experience.
* Solid track record managing major transformation projects
* Highly numerate, analytical and comfortable with data modelling.
* Hands-on and comfortable delivering work independently.
* Thrives in complex, fast-moving, multi-site environments.
* Confident with senior stakeholders and able to navigate ambiguity.
* Ambitious and development-oriented- ready for HRD-level stretch.
