Role: Client Operations Manager Location: Ashford, TW15 Hours: Salary: £50,000 Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, the role of Operations Manager is crucial to the success of retaining, growing and developing the business with the customer, setting the highest standards for the Client Operations team to follow. Continually assess team performance, process adherence, quality and compliance. Identify performance related issues and initiate prompt remedial action where required. Management of staff to always ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service is provided to our customers, meeting and excelling all quality targets. Undertake staff performance reviews, setting objectives, identifying improvement areas and recommending training. Drive employee development and design performance management plans when needed. Ensure the development of talent through training programs and local development initiatives. What we would like from you: Excellent leadership and people management skills.
