We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn up to £12.25 per hour with OTE available.

Customer Service Advisor role:
We are an outsourcing contact centre provider. We will primarily be recruiting for the A British mobile network operator and internet service provider account.
Roles vary between ‘New Sales’ and ‘Retention & Upgrades’ but both will involve targeted sales.
Initial contact from customers will be instigated via web chat. If the sale can’t be made via Web chat, Agents will be required to respond and book timely calls with customers. 90% of the work is done over web chat and 10% via call backs.
Products covered include phones, tablets, watches, laptops and broadband.
Customer Service Advisor pay:
£12.25 per hour with OTE available
