In this brand-new role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for the business. This role will play a crucial part in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support business growth and achieve organisational objectives. The main roles recruited will be partner auditors and salespeople globally as well as full time employees for the company. We operate in the US, Germany, UK, Canada, France, Australia, the Philippines and South Africa. What We Offer Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Great Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive work culture Remote or Hybrid working with an office based in Malmsbury, Wiltshire Hours - 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday What we’re looking for As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to analyse workforce trends, anticipate hiring needs, and design recruitment strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads to understand their specific needs, developing tailored plans for each role and running impactful recruitment campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to onboarding, while always looking for ways to improve our processes. Whether it’s introducing innovative sourcing strategies or refining existing systems, you’ll help us recruit smarter and more efficiently. The ability to analyse metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates, using data to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement will be fundamental to your role. You’ll also focus on reducing time-to-hire, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring everything we do reflects our culture, values, and best practices. About you To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment, along with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment law. Your ability to build strong relationships, combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, will be key to your success. You’ll also bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, plus confidence in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find the perfect candidates. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’ll demonstrate a professional and ethical approach to everything you do, ensuring a recruitment process that’s both efficient and aligned with our values.
