An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the QEQM Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after deteriorating and critically ill patients.

The post holder will work at an enhanced level of practice, utilizing highly developed postgraduate experience, knowledge, and skills in the Critical Care specialty. They will manage discrete aspects of a patient’s care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, within their current level of practice and patient group, aligned to the four pillars of practice and Trust policy, ‘Enhanced, Advanced and Consultant Level Practice - Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs)’.
The post holder will contribute to nursing, midwifery, and AHP practice to improve the quality of patient care.
