What’s involved?
Sous Chef required to assist the running of the kitchen, be responsible under the Head Chef and oversee all aspects of the food delivery. Ideally having honed Sous Chef skills will enhance your prospects but this is a role would also suit an ambitious Junior Sous Chef looking to gain better management skills.
