What’s involved?
The ideal candidate will have:
8. 2+ years’ experience in a high volume and quality led senior role.
9. A high understanding of classic cookery and seasonal Scottish ingredients.
10. Experience implementing sustainable kitchen practices.
11. Knowledge of costings, health and safety and logistics for events.
12. Level 2 food safety.
13. An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.
