Working with a 68-year-old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, you will help him remain engaged in daily life, access the community and work towards rehabilitation goals in a way that is meaningful to him.
There are 2x positions available one to start immediately after induction until August 2026; the other role is from September 2026 to June 2027.
These roles will suit people who enjoys the outdoors, has a positive and proactive approach, and takes pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

As a Support Worker your role will include:
Supporting a male client with Acquired Brain Injury in his own home and local community
Prompting and assisting with daily living tasks and routines
Assisting with medication administration and some aspects of personal care
Encouraging engagement in activities and rehabilitation goals
Assisting with community access and outdoor activities
Helping the client remain focused, motivated and independent
What were looking for in a Support Worker
Previous experience working within the health or social care sector NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a larger vehicle
A proactive, compassionate and reliable approach
An interest in rehabilitation and supporting independence
Somebody who enjoys outdoor activities and community engagement
