Servicing a new Contract win, building and maintaining excellent relationships. Winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients Supporting the current team and management. Researching the local market and keeping up to date with market trends. Sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking events. Maintaining regular contact with workers. Advertise on Job boards, Linked In, social media. Ensuring high standards of service are met at all times. Screen and Interview candidates. Matching candidates to vacancies Book and attend sales and service meetings with new and existing clients to maximise growth and sales margin. You will need to be: Be an experienced 360 recruiter and ideally have recruited into the industrial sector, be career minded, hard working and driven. Have a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle Monday to Friday working- with Hybrid working. Excellent organisation skills. Passion and desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
