An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Adviser based in Oldbury.
We are looking for a pro-active, reliable individual, who can remain calm under peaks of pressure, to join our busy team and growing company with the following attributes. The company has been established for over 30 years.
The main duties will be:
1. Action inbound enquiries
2. Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
3. Ensure customer queries are responded to daily via phone or email
4. Manage customer orders
5. Raise invoices using Xero
6. Always ensuring a proactive approach to meet customers' expectations
7. Ensure the best customer journey is offered with a professional attitude
8. Maintain a good working relationship with all customers
9. Dispatch of orders.
10. Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote the company's products and services
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
11. Experience in a busy, fast paced environment.
12. Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
13. Previous administration/ customer service experience
14. A high level of oral and written communication skills.
15. Excellent telephone manner
16. Excellent attention to detail
17. Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
The package offers, 28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays, with a 2-week annual Christmas shutdown.
Hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
