* Advising employers and senior individuals on a full range of employment law matters
* Managing contentious matters including Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
* Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, service agreements, policies and procedures
* Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and restructuring processes
* Supporting on complex advisory work such as TUPE, corporate transactions and reorganisations
* Negotiating settlement agreements
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development and profile-raising activities
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Ideally 2-6 years’ PQE in employment law (flexible depending on experience)
* Strong technical knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Experience gained at a reputable regional, national or City firm
* Excellent drafting, communication and client-handling skills
* Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress within a leading practice
