Great Minds Therapy & Training is a new online service born out of TCES and NOS, delivering therapy, training and consultation services to schools and professionals across the UK.

The Marketing Coordinator role is a new position, supporting the rapid growth of the National Online School and Great Minds Therapy & Training. Initially, the role is also expected to provide marketing support to the TCES schools in London, focussing on the launch of the new TCES North West London School building in West Ealing. An approximate 80/20 split is expected at first but this may vary from week to week as the role develops.
The Coordinator will support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across these areas. They will be expected to work within the fast-moving, wider TCES marketing team, primarily assisting with content creation, digital marketing activity, social media, events and campaign delivery. The role will help ensure that the National Online School and Great Minds services are clearly communicated to Local Authorities, professionals, families and partners. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with strong writing and digital content skills, who enjoys supporting a variety of marketing projects and working collaboratively with colleagues across services.
Some marketing experience is required, but this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills as a marketing generalist within a company with a clear social mission.
