Production opportunities are available at the Bamber Bridge site for reliable, motivated team players. This is a hands-on role within a supportive production environment, helping to manufacture high-quality carpet tiles for UK and international customers.

Full training is provided, along with clear progression through an internal Production Technician grading structure. The business actively supports development and long-term career growth.

What we need from you:

1. A minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing or production environment
2. Be self-motivated, you excel at delivering quality performance
3. You enjoy engaging and working with others and can demonstrate excellent team working capability
4. Have a passion for meeting customer expectations
5. Possess great attention to detail and can follow process
6. Have a positive attitude and resilience to overcome challenges and think laterally
7. Excellent communication skills
