The Opportunity
We’re working with a highly successful team in Crawley who are looking to add an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to their growing business.
With around 20 pre-booked client appointments per month, you’ll benefit from a strong pipeline from day one giving you the platform to maximise your earnings and focus on what you do best: advising clients.

The Role
* Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
* Manage a steady flow of pre-qualified client appointments
* Build strong, long-term relationships through a customer-first approach
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to share knowledge and drive performance
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders and key partners
* Ensure all advice is fully compliant and aligned with regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser (3yrs+)
* Whole-of-market experience is essential (3yrs+)
* Strong customer focus with a consultative approach
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Driven, professional, and motivated to maximise earnings
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
