As a Senior Test Engineer you will ensure the quality and reliability of key projects, including Enterprise AI, C XOne (Contact Strategy Solution), and wider ecosystem initiatives. In this role, you will: Plan, coordinate, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts. Collaborate with Programme Managers, Business Leads, and Engineering teams to define test strategies and quality standards. Analyse test outcomes, identify issues and risks, and report results clearly to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and practices. Ensure quality goals are embedded and achieved throughout delivery. Work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams. What are we looking for? 4–5 years’ experience in software testing (manual and automated) with strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficient in test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Zephyr) and familiar with agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a collaborative yet independent working style. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is an advantage.
