The client is a long-standing, four-director accountancy practice based in Cambridge, providing professional services to a diverse range of businesses and individuals. They pride themselves on strong client service standards and a collaborative and professional culture.
Responsibilities:
As a Management Accountant you will,
1. Produce accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts with clear supporting analysis
2. Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT returns and general financial compliance
3. Prepare budgets, cashflow forecasts and financial projections for clients.
4. Liaise with clients to gather information, resolve queries and present financial results.
5. Support process improvements, cloud-accounting systems and wider team collaboration
Requirements:
As a Management Accountant you will need,
6. ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
7. Experience in preparing management accounts in practice or industry
8. Strong Knowledge of accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
