About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team for the summer season. We can offer live-in accommodation to support you in your new role.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in the following positions:
* Shops
* Bars
* Buffets
* Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurants
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
Flexibility is key, these roles will include weekend work and some weekday shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and early morning hours.
About You
If you have a warm, friendly manner, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. Previous experience is a plus but not necessary.
Being a great team player is essential, and you should enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and interacting with lots of different people.
Our resorts are open during the week and weekends, so some flexibility to work late evenings and weekends is required. Please indicate your availability in your application, and we can discuss this further.
