Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
7. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
9. Organise and maintain records, files, and other documentation systems.
10. Assist in planning and executing company events or projects as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA should have:
11. Proven experience in a PA role to C-Suite level.
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
16. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
17. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
