The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
Ideally, you will be capable of executing various paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimization, reporting, and working comfortably with media spends of all sizes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta platforms.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main contact.
* Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to foster client growth.
* Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to increase growth and revenue for clients.
* Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring smooth integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
* Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization, shoppable content, and platform features.
* Provide creative feedback for client campaigns.
* Serve as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients.
* Coordinate content creation with our in-house TikTok creators, freelancers, and influencers.
* Recommend and formulate budgets for campaigns.
* Propose new business opportunities.
* Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives.
What you’ll bring:
* Expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform.
* Proactive relationship-building skills with clients, willing to travel for meetings when necessary.
* Agency experience with a successful account management track record.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate programs to drive GMV.
* Leadership experience managing teams.
* Passion for working on paid campaigns.
* Proven experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
* Experience creating effective media plans.
* Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or agency.
* Good eye for creative content that converts.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
* Understanding of TikTok Shop Live sessions and supporting live production when needed.
* Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including outreach, commission structures, and performance tracking.
