The Role
An urgent opportunity to take ownership of a locomotive fleet, focusing on maintenance, performance, and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Manage planned & reactive maintenance
* Review and sign off maintenance work
* Support upgrades, modifications & engineering changes
* Work closely with engineering, stores & reliability teams
Based in Rugby with occasional travel.
What We're Looking For
* Mechanical engineering background (rail, HGV, or similar)
* Hands‑on maintenance experience
* Understanding of preventative & reactive maintenance
* Level 3 (NVQ / HNC / HND) minimum
* Strong organisation & communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
