Your new company are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over £1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned business left within the UK construction market. Whilst working in this role, you will be a site based lead / No.1, overseeing the below scheme: * New Build Student Accommodation - 22 Storeys - £65M My client are looking for an individual that can demonstrate long periods of work history for established Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Any previous High Rise or Student Accommodation experience would obviously be beneficial. Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.
