Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build our sales team and drive short and long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team and their performance, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Duties
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
* Develop databases of warm leads and manage them through to new customers
* Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
* Ensure that all administrative tasks related to sales operations are completed efficiently.
Skills
* Proven ability to develop new business and sell the services we offer.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in communicating clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
* Strong administrative skills to manage documentation and reporting processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
* Previous experience in selling within the marketing, advertising or creative sectors.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
