Blynk is a leading low-code IoT platform that enables businesses to launch connected products faster, without the complexity of traditional development. The platform includes everything needed to build and scale IoT solutionscloud infrastructure, web and mobile apps, device management, and data dashboardsout of the box. Building upon our large community and existing commercial success, you will take Blynk's PLG growth to the next level, resulting in the expansion of self-serve revenue and PLG-based pipeline for the enterprise motion.
Your work and leadership will help us hit our ambitious revenue targets by owning the PLG experience and go-to-market. While this role starts as a team of one, the long-term goal is for you to build your team of additional PMMs and other growth-critical roles such as community management, evangelism, etc.

As Blynk's Growth PMM Director, you will:
Own PLG growth metrics across the funnel, from traffic and signup to activation, retention, and paid conversion, using data to prioritize experiments and improvements.
Craft differentiated messaging that clearly communicates Blynks technical value to both engineers and business leaders in IoT.
Launch and relaunch high-impact capabilities and partnerships that drive step-function gains in acquisition and active use.
Feed demand gen channels with compelling content that inspires adoption, active use, and paid conversion
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to analyze user behavior, uncover friction, and improve website, onboardin, g and in-product conversion.
Translate product usage signals into sales plays and build enablement content (decks, playbooks, competitive guides) that help sales close deals driven by product activit
Develop the growth marketing function: hire, mentor, and scale a team that blends analytical rigor, technical fluency, and storytelling craft.
8-10 years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company offering any of the following platforms: low-code/no-code, cloud infrastructure, hardware + software solutions, developer tools, or analytics.
~ IoT, satellite connectivity, HVAC, smart buildings, construction, asset tracking, digital transformation, and automation.
~ You have created scalable, compelling content and messaging that drives demand engines and increases awareness, adoption, usage, and referrals..
~ You work effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, UX, and engineering) to run experiments and optimize growth channels.
