About the Role
We’re recruiting a Receptionist to join our project based at the Chipping Warden Office. The role is located in a remote location; candidates must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Working hours are 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday on site.
Responsibilities
* Act as the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for staff and visitors at the reception area.
* Take responsibility for all tasks relating to the reception desk, including booking visitors and procuring office consumables.
* Manage the meeting room booking and Microsoft Teams management of these rooms.
* Provide support to the Office Manager and project management teams when required.
* Assist with the upload of documentation to our document management systems.
Requirements
* Experience in a reception or administration role.
* Experience of using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail skills.
* Effective time management to meet deadlines.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
