Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Aseptics Technician
An excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable individual interested in working in Pharmacy Aseptics.
The successful applicant will join a busy team within our licensed aseptic unit at Singleton Hospital, providing high-quality services to our Health Board patients. The unit manufactures a wide range of injectable medicines, including cytotoxic chemotherapy, monoclonal antibody therapies, parenteral nutrition, and medicines for clinical trials.
Main Duties
* Cleaning, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and facilities
* Managing stock of medicines and consumables
* Assembling batches and orders
* Preparing and dispensing medicines aseptically
Previous pharmacy experience is recommended. Applicants will undergo training and are expected to achieve NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services following appointment.
