Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of data management processes. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing data entry tasks, and supporting various office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and update databases with precision and accuracy.
* Perform data entry tasks efficiently while ensuring data integrity.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks.
* Support the finance team with QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Freight Forwarding knowledge a bonus but not essential
* Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting is preferred.
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
