I am seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Consultant to join a dynamic digital transformation team for a leading enterprise client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation, helping to streamline customer operations and enhance service delivery
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
* Customize and extend ServiceNow applications and portals using best practices.
* Integrate ServiceNow CSM with other enterprise systems and data sources.
* Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure solutions align with business goals and ServiceNow platform standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering ServiceNow CSM implementations.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
* Familiarity with ITSM, Case Management, and Customer Workflows.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM (preferred).
