Responsibilities
:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
2. Manage and monitor multi-channel campaigns (traditional and digital)
3. Create engaging content across social media, newsletters, and PR
4. Drive lead generation initiatives and oversee PPC activity
5. Analyse performance and ROI of campaigns
6. Conduct competitor and market analysis
7. Lead and mentor a small team, delivering 1-2-1s, appraisals, and ongoing support
8. Collaborate with external agencies where required
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
9. Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing
10. Strong copywriting and social media management skills
11. A creative mindset with excellent communication skills
12. Team leadership and workflow management experience
13. Hands-on experience with PPC and content strategy
14. Experience of B2C and B2B environments
15. Working within a FCA regulated environment would be desirable
