About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Boutique Manager to lead our small, friendly team and help our boutique continue to thrive.
As the face of our own Retail shop, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and creating orders, producing eye-catching displays, processing customer transactions and motivating your team to ensure the best possible customer service is given at all times. You will become knowledgeable about all the brands and products we offer and be able to upsell these effectively in a warm, friendly manner.
The role requires a flexible approach as we will need you to work weekends and the possibility of covering extra hours due to team members\' holidays.
Ideally, you’ll be able to join us in mid-March to allow for a thorough handover.
What We Need From You
You’ll have previous experience in retail management, sales, merchandising stock and most importantly a friendly and welcoming personality.
