Competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 per annum
Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of approximately £45,000
Working hours of five days over a seven-day period

Warmly greeting customers and establishing rapport to understand their vehicle needs
Presenting and demonstrating vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits
Negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed targets
Providing outstanding after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining in-depth knowledge of current stock and market trends
Contributing to the achievement of the dealership’s sales objectives as a key member of the Car Sales Executive teamRequirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing environment within the motor trade
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional demeanour
Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
