Our Business-to-Business counselling and CBT service provides high-quality support through telephone and video-based sessions. We are committed to placing individuals at the heart of our services, empowering them to make the changes they need to live life well.
We are excited to invite passionate Counsellors to join our fast-growing team in a part-time remote role (22.5 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday).
Main Responsibilities
* Provide remote counselling via telephone and video to clients accessing Turning Point’s Commercial Ventures Therapy service (Rightsteps), focusing on emotional health and wellbeing.
* Facilitate both group and individual emotional support sessions, both remotely and in person.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has completed a BACP/UKCP approved Diploma-level course and is an accredited or registered BACP member.
* Has experience facilitating group sessions (emotional support/reflective practice) and can build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
* Is willing to travel across the UK to deliver group wellbeing training.
While our support teams are based in Manchester, our services are provided via telephone, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the UK. A quiet and confidential workspace with a good broadband connection is essential. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training sessions.
