The
Junior Sous Chef Role
* 2 years experience in a similar role within a high volume, quality led restaurant
kitchen
* Excellent
knowledge of our menus, ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety
and hygiene standards
* Good
understanding of ordering & wastage, stock management, Chef rotas
* Understanding
of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
* Love
for the hospitality industry, Spanish food and culture
* Ability
to run all sections of the kitchen including the pass when needed
* Strong
team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
* Positively
train and lead a team of junior chefs
* Good
level of English language
* A
passion for your own development is a must
