Our client, Evolve is seeking two confident, professional and ambitious Sales Development Executives to help drive their continued growth.
As one of the company’s first Sales Development Executives, candidates will have the chance to make a real impact, have their voices heard, and be part of building something from the ground up. You will be provided with a full three-month Sales Academy offsite in a top-quality learning and coaching environment with 1-1 coaching and full role training.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop a clear understanding of Evolve’s value proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness and interest.
* Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend Evolve’s solutions.
* Deliver value to your customers through consultative questioning and actively listening to understand their challenges and opportunities, before recommending solutions.
* Schedule and support calls for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process.
* Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activities.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential prospects to drive new business opportunities.
