is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support
secondary-aged pupils
with a range of additional needs, including
autism
and
behavioural difficulties
. The Role
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:15am – 4:30pm
Supporting
secondary-aged students
with autism, behavioural needs, and other learning difficulties
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Assisting class teachers with daily tasks, classroom routines, and lesson delivery
Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements
Must have the Right to Work (ETW) in the UK
Clear Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service – essential
Previous SEN experience is required
, ideally with autism and behaviour support
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with young people
