Job Title: Grade 4 Administrative Support
Salary: £15.95 per hour

Role Overview
The primary role of a Grade 4 post holder will be to provide efficient business support to members of all teams within Adult Social Care. This involves working closely with partner agencies to deliver social care services and supporting the Council in achieving its primary objectives across Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a range of administrative and clerical duties as required, including photocopying.
2. Input data into divisional databases and maintain/update the Division’s client database (WCCIS).
3. Send out assessment/review documents to clients and service providers following the Division’s document dispatch process.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
5. Handle telephone enquiries politely and efficiently, take messages for colleagues.
6. Provide cover for other administrative staff as needed.
7. Perform any other duties appropriate to the grade and experience, as determined by your line manager or as a development opportunity.
8. Carry out health and safety responsibilities in accordance with the Division’s Health and Safety Responsibilities document.
