Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Shop Manager for our Bridge of Allan store. Working for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland in our shops will allow you to use all your skills to meet the challenge of turning a bag of donated items into income.
Key Responsibilities
* Support or lead a team of volunteers to engage with the community and deliver key performance indicators.
* Use your autonomy to be innovative in achieving targets.
* Contribute to the organisation’s health and well‑being initiatives and learning opportunities.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
* Retail experience is preferable but not essential.
* Positive can‑do attitude and enthusiasm.
* Creative and enjoys working with others, especially a team of volunteers.
