Role Overview: Digital Designer
We're looking for a Digital Designer to help us build a strong brand and drive lead generation. You'll own our creative output, producing high‑quality visual assets that attract and engage potential investors. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling designs that support our sales and marketing efforts.
We’re an ambitious and collaborative team, seeking a designer who is keen to expand their skills. While your core focus will be on graphic design, experience in motion graphics or web design would be a huge plus. You'll work closely with our sales team, understanding how your designs fit into the full customer journey—from initial inquiry to a completed sale—and proactively identifying opportunities to improve our business outcomes through design.
This is a data‑aware and creative role. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of brand guidelines, and the ability to communicate your design concepts clearly across the business. You'll be comfortable providing the sales team with the visual materials they need to convert leads and close deals.
