Audit Manager Job Overview
As an Audit Manager you'll be fully immersed with our experienced Audit team to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It's a great opportunity to manage a portfolio of audit clients across varied sectors and further develop client relationships. You'll report directly to partners/directors, and whilst overseeing a team of staff you'll:
Plan, supervise and review accounts, audit and corporation tax for your client portfolio
Coordinate ad-hoc advisory work and liaise with other departments as required
Supervise staff and provide assistance regarding technical queries and professional development
Ensure effective portfolio management, agreeing budgets with clients and billing on agreed terms
Look for new business opportunities
Work with Partners and Directors to plan and develop our audit and assurance offering, planning for technical changes in the sector and looking for new opportunities
Audit Manager Job Requirements
Be fully qualified in ACCA/ACA
Experience of managing your own portfolio of clients
Have strong attention to details, with an appetite for growth
Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator
Have a good technical ability, and knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
Audit Manager Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary, ranging to in the region of £70,000. This depends on experience
