We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager - Midlands| Full-time | Field-based
We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to join the Faucets Family, covering the Midlands.
Faucets is one of the UK’s leading independent stockist and distributor of high-quality bathroom brassware and sanitary products. We’ve been supporting the industry since 1983, working closely with the most respected manufacturers to bring trusted products, strong technical knowledge, and great service to our customers.
This role is all about relationships - maintaining existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and representing Faucets out in the field.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of merchant, retail and project-led accounts
* Building long-term relationships with customers across your region
* Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth
* Promoting a range of high-quality bathroom brands and solutions
* Supporting projects from specification through to completion
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
* Feeding back market insight to help shape future strategy
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in field sales or account management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
* Experience in the bathroom, KBB or construction sector is a bonus
* Full UK driving licence
