The Experis Academy for Babcock International offers a unique opportunity to be trained and upskilled to become a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager through its award‑winning Train To Fit programme. The programme targets individuals who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude to own and deliver projects in complex and ever‑changing environments, within our customer’s Nuclear Fleet Programmes at HMNB Clyde in Scotland.
Successful candidates must be commercially astute and possess strong numerical, analytical, planning and organisational skills. The role demands outstanding decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
Role of an Assistant Project Manager
Assist in developing accurate financial and schedule estimates, plan, monitor and manage work packages, create and share regular project reports, and manage communications and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
