Role Overview
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of retail professionals. You will assist in driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Assist in driving sales through effective rostering, training, and performance management.
Help maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products and attract customers.
Support store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
Uphold Glassons brand values and standards, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, with a passion for fashion and customer service.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Demonstrated ability to assist in driving sales and meeting targets in a retail environment.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
