We’re looking for a friendly, organised Office Administrator to join our team! This is a varied role where no two days are the same, perfect if you enjoy being busy and helping things run smoothly.
What you’ll do
* Handle calls, monitor email inboxes and welcome visitors.
* Keep on top of office supplies and deliveries.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, returns and credits.
* Support HR tasks, timesheets, holidays, expenses and onboarding.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Book in surveys, job appointments, and vehicle servicing.
* Maintain accurate records and assist with project documentation.
* Support colleagues, managers and estimators as required.
* Carry out general office duties as required.
What we’re looking for
* Friendly, flexible, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
* Great communicator, highly organised, and detail focused.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* 3+ years’ admin experience (construction experience a bonus!).
