Interim Finance Business Partner – System Implementation

Hybrid – 3 days on-site (Yorkshire)
£300-£350 per day
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a high-growth division going live with a new IFS system and looking for an experienced finance professional to provide stability during the transition.
They need someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of month-end, and ensure the new system is embedded smoothly - identifying issues, resolving them, and keeping reporting accurate throughout the change.
Key responsibilities
Deliver month-end and management accounts reliably and independently
Support and lead activity relating to the IFS implementation
Troubleshoot issues during system transition and refine processes as needed
Partner effectively with key operational and commercial stakeholders
Maintain strong financial controls and clear reporting

Strong systems experience - ideally with previous implementation exposure
Able to work with pace, absorb information quickly and operate hands-on
Confident communicator who can build effective relationships and challenge constructively
Resilient and able to navigate a demanding stakeholder group
